Some days, you’ll be testing the economics of a new venture. Others, you’ll be finding a specialist, unblocking a launch or turning a messy brief into a clear plan.
You’ll work across established businesses and emerging ventures, with direct access to the entrepreneur behind them. This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure, exercise judgement and keep work moving without constant direction.
You don’t need to know every industry. You do need to know how to learn, ask useful questions and follow through.

Yes. Nigeria is the primary hiring location, and applications are also welcome from Kenya, South Africa and the Philippines. Tell us your availability to overlap with Lagos working hours.
How does remote-first work?+
Most collaboration can happen remotely. Hybrid working in Lagos or any occasional travel would be agreed based on your location and the needs of the role. Share your preferences in the form.
Do I need exactly 5–10 years of experience?+
No. That range is a guide, not a cutoff. We care about evidence of independent delivery, commercial judgement and your ability to learn.
What about compensation and employment terms?+
Compensation and the employment or contracting arrangement will be discussed with candidates, taking account of experience and location.
What happens after I apply?+
The hiring team will review your CV and examples and contact candidates selected for a conversation. Any next steps or practical exercise will be explained before you proceed.
